Hi, I’m Sam! I'm a long time resident of Coastal Orange County and live in Huntington Beach with my husband and our two dogs. Katrina Smith, of Pinpoint properties, did an outstanding job for us in the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home in all aspects of a sell or a purchase. Four years ago, she took over the sale of our previous home; after having been on the market for over a year with another realtor, she sold this house in less than 2 months for more money than it was previously listed. Late last year, Katrina took on the sale of our current home, and the purchase of a new one. During the next 2 months, she sold our house for more than comp value before it was ever put on the market, and the new house was purchased for a bargain. Both house were put in escrow and closed during this time. Katrina’s leadership style was exemplary in accomplishing the work, everyone was satisfied and we are currently enjoying our new home.
Katrina and her team were awesome to work with. Her expertise in market analysis and marketing strategy was a huge help in selling my home in a softer sales market. She also has strong communication skills and timely responsiveness which was really helpful when navigating through the negotiation and closing process. We used this realtor at the advice of a friend and were SO glad we did! Her knowledge of the local market truly surpassed other realtors we interviewed, and she is obviously at the top of her game, exceptionally poised and just a real pleasure to do business with. Her negotiation skills were top notch, and she realllllly went the distance for us. We appreciated her guidance and expertise in what could have been a complicated transaction, and she never ceased to go above and beyond our very high expectations. We have since used her for two other real estate deals and she makes the process seamless!
Katrina is not only the best realtor I have worked with, but she has also surrounded herself with a great team that will not let you down. Each house sale is unique and has their complications. Katrina and her team made it happen with my house and navigated us through the various negotiations that had to go down. I trusted her guidance and relied upon her team for their sharp communication and punctual work ethic.
My experience with Katrina was short. See sold the home in two days. Never even made it to Broker's Preview or a chance for Zillow and/or MLS to take effect. On top of that, she got me more than my asking price; the home sold for 4.3 million. The previous broker had it for one year with no results.
